WHO CAN JOIN?

Membership in the ESUA is open to all umpires 16 and older who want to become better umpires and are interested in umpiring high school or college games on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO MEMBERSHIP?

First and foremost - TRAINING!  We run umpire training year-round to keep you on top of your game.  If you want to umpire high school baseball on the Shore, we are the ONLY MPSSAA-approved association.  We use Arbiter to schedule your games, and coordinate with other assigners who also use Arbiter, to keep your schedule conflict-free.

WHEN DO YOU TRAIN?

We offer year-round training, including:

• Winter classroom training

• Winter cage workouts

• Spring on-the-field training

• Fall camp at Perdue Stadium
